Effective: 15 September 2025
Developer/Publisher: Marie-Alix Ayrault (Data Controller where applicable)

1) Summary

2) Data We Don’t Collect

3) Data You Process in the App

Your files stay local on device unless you choose to export/share them via iOS share sheets or third-party apps/services (your choice, their policies apply). We do not upload your files to our servers.

4) Purchases via Apple

Purchases and subscriptions run through Apple. Apple may process payment, receipts, region, and tax information under Apple’s privacy policies. We may see non-identifying purchase status (e.g., active/inactive) to unlock features; we don’t receive your card or billing details.

5) OS-Level Diagnostics (Optional)

If you’ve opted-in at the system level, Apple may send aggregated crash/diagnostic data. We don’t configure custom analytics and don’t attempt to re-identify users from Apple’s reports.

6) Children

We don’t target children under 13. In the EEA/UK, the App is for users 16+ unless parental consent is valid under local law.

7) Security

Processing is on-device using iOS frameworks. Protect your device with a passcode/biometrics. We can’t access your local files.

8) Retention

We retain no personal data. Files remain on your device until you delete them.

9) International Transfers

We don’t transfer personal data internationally because we don’t collect it.

10) Your Rights

Where applicable (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR), you may have rights to access/erasure, etc. Since we don’t hold your personal data, there is typically nothing to act on. For App Store purchases or Apple data, contact Apple.

11) Changes

We may update this Policy. We’ll update the “Effective” date and reflect changes in-app or on the listing. Material changes apply going forward.
